wow.. yest training was not bad.. as in we had conditioning and all..

b4 training nabil,melissa,janet,amrita and ismail played tennis! from 4-6.. almost died! hahaha!! realise how horrible i played!!! tennis is not that easy that i tot.. sigh.. cartoon n the professionals damn zai.. okok.. cartoon fake one i noe! wahaha!!!

training taught them jumps, hand motion and recap of shoulder stand and shoulder sit! =)

today.. got proj meeting again!!! =D filming!!sigh.. there goes my labour day..

thats all i guess! short n sweet!
