had training yest.. tried on alot of stuff.. hmmmm... tired, basing tam n yi jun! wah! altogether got 70++kg! i almost die! haha!! shift alil.. now i noe.. how much weight yx they all have been carrying! wah!! felt the weight on my back!
den we tried the hitch on 221 lvl. not bad.. tam was my flyer! had to carry her weight on me! but she tried her best to equal the weight alr! so not that bad! heh!
i tried torch.. as a base! yi ting standing on my arm! it went up! cool huh!
i felt strong! hurhur!
whenever i train in cheer.. it kinda help me forget alot of crap.. like worried about something or thinking about something... it help me focus on cheer itself! which is damn gd.. but den after.. went they say.. training end, those stuff came rushing in to see who got the 1st place in my mind!
wad do i wanna be gd in? wad CAN i be gd in?

i am in south canteen now.. and this canteen have poor ventilation with super slow speed fans!! their dessert suck big time.. tsktsk!!so bored.. cuz i had proj meeting in the canteen.. decide to do some quiz!!

1st week of school past damn fast.. its like thursday alr?! and i finish both my test! omg!!both wont be able to do that well.. at least not like the previous practicals i sat for.. sigh..
had trainings.. but nothing much was confirm.. only dance change a lil.. nicer..
tried on new clothes that i bought during the holidays.. haha.. my classmates say i look a lil formal.. yea! ok.. shant dress up so much thou.. learn to be like a normal girl.. and live a simple life..
i do not have some aim in life.. nothing to strive for.. dun have any WANTS badly... know what to do but not doing.. nothing that i am good at.. wad a life..

its the last day of 2 weeks break!this 2 weeks i had loads of fun n cca.. time files damn fast. and i didmt really get to study..
1st week we had to deal with tridumm! which i think kinda make me felt doomed! cuz i neva study enough. ok.. den 2md week got trainings, outings with frens and Zj retreat! LASTLY, i got sick! @_@
managed to watch a movie, met up with pek geok and the rest.. all on diff days!
went east coast during the 2nd week of holidays! had loads of fun!
rented bikes to cycle.. $5 with a free drinks for 2 hours.. we had loads of fun.. cycled all the way to changi to see the planes depart.. but the bicycle chains kept coming out.. haha.. we had not enough tissue. so i used mt hands to put back the chain! hands were all black! cycle back...
i was cycling at a very fast speed, when i decided to do a turn.. almost bang into the lamp post, so i avoided it.. and the bicycle ran right to the railings! worse aprt was.. afetr the railings was the sea! i tot i might flew into the sea.. so i jumped of my bicycle and flew alil to the side! haha.. ryan say i look like superwoman! now, i have blue blacks on my thighs, arms and knees! haha! i am such an arse!
had a great time with everyone that day.. the dinner and stuff.. watch e movie "200pound" on nick's laptop. watch till i teared alil.. haha! everyone laugh at me! say i am crazy n all! haha! ask why am i so soft hearted.. haha!
ZJ retreat was great.. even thou many ppl didnt turn up.. i am kinda upset n disappointed with ppl who can actually make it for the camp but choose not to come at all.. not even coming for a day.. sigh!
anwyays.. we learn alot from the retreat master! the way she put things and make us discuss till its never ending.. and whenever there are discussions it will take dman long to finish or coem to an conclusion! but was a great learning process.. taught us about the COMPROMISE vs CHOICE.. many others..
for this camp.. they told us to research on wad our names meant..

i am SICK!!! wahhhh!! i got fever and flu! temp 38.6~
flu sneeze the whole night! cant sleep! my throat so dry!
had training yest! yi ting... i did great! can do 2-2-1 alr! waha!~ good good! joey jia you! can do roller coaster alr arh!! i got blue black on my arm.. my biceps there.. omg!
and to my cheer mates.. sorry for my temper yest!
need to study for my bio prac and research methods! dying.. i got no time.. and here i am here sick! wth!
had training and went out with pek geok yest!! shop for stuff with her!
and amazingly i had only one proper meal! haha! but i am still heavy! hahaha! must continue! den can slim down.. ok.. i try to exercise! anything but running! wahaha! aim: 43kg! damn hard to reach hor! haha.. must learn from mich g's fren! water diet! just drink water the whole day! hahaha!

yesterdayi shopped till i went broke! literally.. my atm card is dead! =Sbought alot of stuff.. skinny jeans.. four tops... bag.. ear rings... fish n co to eat! haha!! feeling rich huh.. but within hours my money is gone! hahaha!!
and i am gonna survive for the next four days.. with fifty dollars.. and that fifty dollars i am gonna use it for k box n east coast! i have to wait for heaven to drop some money down!
btw.. yest when we were buying our bag.. jeremy wanted to get his! and u noe.. he was FLIRTING with the sales girl to get the at a cheaper price! hahaha!! dun believe ask michelle g! haha!
went for training! get use to our cheer motions and tried stunts.. super hot that day! everyone was sweating! ok.. mayb me! my shirt was damn wet! yucks!!

yest was great.. haha..met up with julianna n jeremy to have our lunch tgt.. den went to my hse to do the slides and the song.. had loads of fun.. michelle gomez came.. i went to bathe alr, change and went to church with them..
archbishop was the celebrant for the feast day mass. all the priest in IHM (fr jo, fr jj, fr luke n fr brian) and fr Gino were there too! cool huh!
fr luke look the most grand among the fathers.. its just him! haha!
after mass, we all proceed to church hall for the farewell and welcome dinner for fr brian and fr luke!
the MC told us that our ZJ item was gonna be the 1st after fr jo's short speech.. @_@|||
was so worried everything will go wrong.. haha.. at the end the slides went ok.. the song went ok.. and i took pictures with fr brian n fr luke when i was giving the present to them~! woohooo!! haha.. i look damn cool in the pic! (thick skin ya?!)
had loads of fun.. think fr brian was very touch when he was looking at the slides! thats wad they say! haha.. love him so much.. like teddy bear! haha!!!
and fr luke said he like the book! cuz its green! and he is a writer! haha!
while eating.. cpg and youth cat did ya part too! more pictures and songs!
i decided to get zj to take pictures with fr brian and fr luke tgt as zj family! den clement called archbishop to take photo with us too! omg! haha.. the pic look nice! hehe!!

just came back from supper in geylang! wahaha!! lala... when start sch i must go on a diet! omg! i ate a lil bit of beef hor fun.. bean curd and soya milk.. and you tiao! haha.. made me tot of the JJ song "dou jiang you tiao"
talked and was going crazy.... was saying that mich walk until very seh! haha!! damn nice! den i made a big thing out of it.. that everyone also wanted to see! haha... den she got so paiseh! ok.. today i was exceptionally high n siao! i dunno why.. everyone was laughing their arse off! haha!!
jeremy drove us back as usual.. talked alot.. den got one topic was abt drinking! made me think abt the first time i got drunk at jerome's hse.. regreted.. anyhow mix drinks.. haha! oh wells... now i am black listed by them! since last yr xmas i think.. damn long neva go drinking alr! haha...
anyway, today training in sch was fun! the rough routine is out... try stunts. finally i got the courage to try twist cradle again.. but didnt succeed.. try liberty ext again.. yi ting n joey tried liberty shoulder level.. i tried basket toss.. horrible one! den tried 1.1.1 as yi ting the 1st flyer! omg.. she in injured! lips got hole! kind of.. she fell down, pulling me tgt.. i fell on her! knee @ her face! opps! sorry dear.. hope ya mouth is better.. got difficulty eating?

its been a hectic week for me!! ok.. maybe time just pass real quick!monday slack the whole day watching vcd den followed by training..
tuesday studying in the day till evening had dinner den go hougang mall to get vcds to watch..
wednesday had proj meetings in the morning!! had church in the evening!! was damn funny lah!! but we had fun.. with supper! fat!
today! went to jeremy hse to do slides for fr b! haha.. wad a job well done.. thanks everyone who help! esp u!!! >_< not jeremy of cuz.. u monkey! haha!
den head down to heartland to eat n check out the skinny jeans.. their cutting are weird! u noe.. one of the cutting.. size 24 was too loose for me! jeans leh! omg! 24 too loose.. u must be kidding! hahaha.. oh wells.. tried and all.. find it weird looking! so neva buy! haha!! went to eat KFC! wahaha!!!!! melissa ling gonna kill me.. after that we walked back to church for the event.. which till now i dunne how to spell it! hahaha.. just came back from church.. today have sec 3 confirmation camp praying over night.. went there to help out in it.. initially, was suppose to brief them on wad to do and setup the place. but uncle did all the work.. w/o me! end up i got nothing to do!
jeremy had not enough manpower for the praying over teams.. so i volunteer to help.. after volunteering i kinda felt that i was not focus enough in my daily life.. went adoration room for awhile.. things got better..
found out some stuff today which was totally amazing! haha. this year crowd were super quiet type.. not much of the rah rah type.. kinda not bad.. very peaceful.. God might have touched them in someways or another i hope!
random remark: i am done with it! hahaha.. i hope so.. lala.. DONE.. FINISH!

today had quite alot of fun.. =) had only 3hrs of lect... which seems kinda long! reached sch lib @ 9am.. did proj till 11am den eat lunch.. heard that 4 stalls in north canteen is gonna change once holiday ends!! *sobs* malay, western, seafood and chicken rice stall all gonna change! thanks goodness the yong tau foo stall not changing.. or not.. north canteen seriously gonna suck big time! heh..
after sch, melissa, janet, amrita and me went to vivo city to watch pirates!! wahaha.. was not that bad wad.. everyone said it was nt so good. heh.. make me think twice if i shld watch the movie or not..
watched our movie.. wanted to go to the washroom real bad! decided to take the stairs down to use the 1st floor toilet.. but we got lost! ended up out of the building! hahaha!! in the end we took a longer route! haha!! my bladder almost rupture! heh!
walked around.. showed melissa vivo city.. cuz she have not been there b4.. =)
i bought jeans from topshop! black jeans.. ok.. its not skinny jeans.. but skinny flare.. find it quite nice so i bought it...

i had a great day today! wahaha.. shld i say today's training made my day! haha!!went to sch early in the morning for lessons @ 9am! ended around 3pm.. had proj meetings till 5pm.. den head down for cca!
i was watching the videos that jia hao showed me.. the more i watch the more i get very demoralize! =( damn nice! damn zai!! walk up single base!!! omg!!! backsomer toss all.. alot alot!! the only thing i can do was to say "wow" and open my mouth real big! hahaha!!!
during training.. did our runs.. 2 rounds.. amazing i neva stop n die! haha.. improve.. =p not much thou.. stretching and all.. den berry was like.. alison come do lib! i was like wad!!! ok.. i said shoulder level 1st.. they didnt say anything.. so i tot it was shoulder level! wah! they went all the way up to extension! omg!! was shock! so bend my legs! but i did it!!! hahahahahaha!!! so happy! sweep down.. den did a few more times.. and the stunt went up again! wahahaha!!! den they suggest do arabques - i seriously dunno how to spell tt - !! i was like huh! tried on ground.. den try the stunt! and the stunt was up too!! omg! hehe!! loving it! so happy til i dunno wad to say.. i wish n pray n hope that will maintain!! =)

just checked my mail.. dan n mario went for a 3 weeks conference in rome.. if i am not wrong its a leadership course! after reading wad they had written in the blog they created for this trip.. i felt so bad.. i felt bad cuz i realise i have been caught in the midst of worldly matters and things that i didnt focus much on God... it seems that i drift alot from Him, even thou i still say my daily prayers...

a very long and tiring day for me!!!
i dunno why.. my hp alarm rang i woke up.. with a dream i really wanted to carry on.... haha.. my whole body felt so heavy! like the muscles are overworked... den i was thinking i didnt do much for training yet my body ache like crap! haha..
anyway, so i snooze and snooze e alarm till i was almost late for lessons!! hahaha... took bus 72.. amrita board the bus and sat down w/o noticing i was a few seats behind her.. haha.. walked to lab.. happily..

just woke up like one hour ago! haha... shiok man! these few days i have not been sleeping well.. example.. on wed after training i am suppose to be so tired that i knock out once i reached home.. but, i lie on my bed after bathing at 12am.. i toss n turn till 1am and i am still awake! crazy!anyway.. yest i had Ben n Jerry's for dessert.. yum! haha.. went to MPH to look at books..went to a nutrition corner.. read a book and they say.. actually when u feel lethargic, i eat a sweet, thirty mins later u ill feel more tired den before u ate the sweet! woa.. interesting!
just realise that bus 70 to esplanade take less den 45 mins to reach.. heh. cool next time go city hall will be much faster..
