i had a great day today! wahaha.. shld i say today's training made my day! haha!!went to sch early in the morning for lessons @ 9am! ended around 3pm.. had proj meetings till 5pm.. den head down for cca!
i was watching the videos that jia hao showed me.. the more i watch the more i get very demoralize! =( damn nice! damn zai!! walk up single base!!! omg!!! backsomer toss all.. alot alot!! the only thing i can do was to say "wow" and open my mouth real big! hahaha!!!
during training.. did our runs.. 2 rounds.. amazing i neva stop n die! haha.. improve.. =p not much thou.. stretching and all.. den berry was like.. alison come do lib! i was like wad!!! ok.. i said shoulder level 1st.. they didnt say anything.. so i tot it was shoulder level! wah! they went all the way up to extension! omg!! was shock! so bend my legs! but i did it!!! hahahahahaha!!! so happy! sweep down.. den did a few more times.. and the stunt went up again! wahahaha!!! den they suggest do arabques - i seriously dunno how to spell tt - !! i was like huh! tried on ground.. den try the stunt! and the stunt was up too!! omg! hehe!! loving it! so happy til i dunno wad to say.. i wish n pray n hope that will maintain!! =)

train joey n yi ting double base.. this time not flying its basing.. heh.. they learn very fast!! wahaha!! so happy for u all..

ok.. thats abt it! going to cook instant noodle and eat! heh!! so 'healthy' ya! hahaha!!
