woa.. my niece just vomitted.. dunno wads wrong with her..

today training was ok... did double base ext and lib ext.. was a total failure for lib ext! argh!!!

super irritated tt i cant do it well! crap!!!

base ppl again! wahaha.. my wrist kinda ok alr? i dunno not as pain as b4.. only hurts a lil.. so i guess its healing! hahaha.. dun wan go clinic! will look funny if its a small matter! heh.. ok.. den u will say.. a small matter is still a prob.. lets see for one week more? see ok not.. if not ok i go n see a doc! yes melissa?!

eh.. proj proj proj! hahaha.. having a performance on 21st july.. everybody must buck up k! esp me! sian!!! i scare... stage fright!!! omg!
